3. Intellectual Property

By making available any User-Generated Content on or through the Service, you hereby grant Gospel Find a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, view, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, access, view, and otherwise exploit such User-Generated Content.
4. AI-Generated Content
a. Content Creation: You may use the Service to create AI-generated content, including images, voiceovers, and interactions with chatbots. You acknowledge that the AI-generated content may not be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes.
b. Intellectual Property Rights: You understand that AI-generated content may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. Gospel Find claims no intellectual property rights over the AI-generated content created by users through the Service.
5. Prohibited Uses
In using the Service, you shall not:
a. Violate any applicable law or regulation.
b. Infringe the rights of any third party, including without limitation, intellectual property, privacy, and contractual rights.
c. Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
d. Use the Service to generate content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Gospel Find expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Gospel Find, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Gospel Find and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
